It’s our birthday! 33 years ago today we were founded then known as Cleveland Arts we were established as an independent arts development trust for the County of Cleveland.
As part of our big move we’ve been documenting our archives and we stumbled across the original share transfer documents from our first two directors, Michael Malley and John O’Donnell, which made Cleveland Arts as company Limited by Guarantee rather than shares (though this happened about a month after we were founded):
