Arts Equality facilitated a small group to establish and constitute with the aim of producing Television programming and an arts-review programme for Teesside. The project had attracted funding and support from NTL and from the Northern Disability Forum. A training course was organised with Stockton & Billingham College in co-operation with ARC.
